Victorian Plumbing is a digitally native retailer of bathroom products and accessories. We have grown rapidly in recent years and are now the UK’s leading online specialist bathroom brand by revenue in 2020, according to Mintel, and the second largest retailer of bathroom products in the UK.

The commitment to these values is underpinned by our approach to people management, with a primary focus on personal development and relationship management. We provide training opportunities to all staff and focus on creating effective channels of communication between staff at all levels of the business to foster a collaborative culture, reinforced by more informal engagement strategies and Group-wide events and a focus on instilling our core values.
