Victorian Plumbing Group plc is the UK’s largest online retailer of bathroom products and accessories.
Victorian Plumbing is a digitally native retailer of bathroom products and accessories. The Group was founded in 2000 and has grown rapidly over that time. The Victorian Plumbing brand is now well established with consumers with prompted brand awareness at over 60%.
We use our engaging consumer website to retail a wide range of over 24,000 products to consumers and trade customers. Our portfolio of over 20 own brands is complemented by over 100 high quality and established third party brands.
Our success is built on a track record of identifying, designing and launching product lines that resonate with our customers. Our product design and supply chain strengths are complemented by our creative and brand-focused marketing strategy comprising both digital marketing and offline campaigns, such as celebrity-focused television adverts.
Victorian Plumbing operates from seven locations across the UK:
- Our headquarters in Skelmersdale: housing the Group’s customer services, finance, marketing, product and administration functions as well as a 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility.
- Three additional warehouses in Skelmersdale: our three warehouses cove more than 500,000 sq. ft. of total storage capacity with the capacity to fulfil more than 4,000 orders per day during peak periods.
- A marketing hub based in Birmingham and our technology hub based in Manchester.
- Our Formby site: comprising a base for customer service and an adjacent 6,000 sq. ft. retail showroom to allow customers to view a selection of products in person
