Who we are

Victorian Plumbing is the UK’s leading bathroom retailer offering a wide range of over 34,000 products to B2C and trade customers. Victorian Plumbing offers its customers a one-stop shop solution for the entire bathroom with more than 130 own and third party brands across a wide spectrum of price points. Headquartered in Skelmersdale, the Group employs over 600 staff across nine locations in Lancashire, Manchester and Birmingham.

Founded in 2000, Victorian Plumbing has grown rapidly over that time. The bold, distinctive and quirky Victorian Plumbing brand is now well established with consumers with a prompted brand awareness score of 64%.

Our success is built on a track record of identifying, designing and launching product lines that resonate with our customers. Our product design and supply chain strengths are complemented by our creative and brand-focused marketing strategy comprising both digital marketing and offline campaigns, such as our creative ‘Boss Your Bathroom’ concept launched in December 2022.
